Poet – Storyteller , DudleyPaul ( PaulDudleyBishop ) will present his new collection of nature and landscape poetry on the fourth Monday of July (24th) at Pandea Global in Watkins Glen , NY at 7 pm.
His “The Road Along The Ridge” praises the natural ridgelands running north and south through Schuyler County that the author has known intimately since his youth in the 60’s up through present times and is descriptive of the environments he still frequents.
With an artist’s eye he paints verbal pictures and presents the listener with images of wondrous places.
Bishop has lived full time in the ridgelands since 1995 and currently resides on the ridge with poet/writer Charlotte Jane Dickens south of the Fingerlakes National Forest.
This event is funded in part by Poets & Writers, Inc., with public
funds from the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of
Governor Kathy Hochul and the New York State Legislature.
***An open mic will follow the featured reading after a short break.
