Change…

I’m laying the groundwork for change. I keep talking about it. I am afraid that if the action does not immediately. Change sometimes requires that we take our time getting ready and preparing even though it feels like the process is too slow both to ourselves and to those who listen to us. I see comparisons between what I am trying to do and a snake that is losing its skin, a chicken molting, or maybe even a caterpillar undergoing metamorphosis. It takes some time to complete.
